From headshot printing, to job matching platforms, to stage management tools, to audience engagement platforms, and to ongoing training, we’re here with one mission: to cultivate your creative life.

Founded in 2003, Open Jar is dedicated to the creation of art and the cultivation of the artist, and has become known as “Broadway’s artistic home,” constantly hosting rehearsals, auditions, and development workshops for many Broadway shows. The studios is also home to many professional master classes and ongoing training, which operates with the unique philosophy coined as “Open Jar Thinking” (“No Limits”).

While supporting the development of many Broadway productions and thousands of theatre professionals, Open Jar has developed solutions to all the essential needs for the creative working professional and for the next generation of Broadway professionals.
